Proven Methodology

Phase 1: Solution Review and Discovery

Review project objectives, timelines and project deliverables to ensure a smooth and expedient rollout of your solution. Key milestones include Project Kickoff and Functional Specs Approval Sign-Off.

Phase 2: Project Management

A dedicated FeedRoom project manager ensures that all aspects of the implementation are covered and information has been conveyed. A key milestone in this phase includes Solution Design Approval.

Phase 3: Setup and Training

FeedRoom Implementation, Creative Services, Development, QA, Media Services and Operations work together to ensure that key tasks are being completed within specification and on time. During this phase, online or onsite application training is provided.  A key milestone in this phase includes Solution Build, i.e. your video or digital asset management solution is developed and ready for the test and pilot phase.

Phase 4: Testing and Pilot

Review solution in preview mode and conduct proper Quality Assurance (QA) for final sign-off. A key milestone in this phase includes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Sign-Off, a process to confirm that your FeedRoom solution meets mutually agreed requirements and the solution is ready for deployment.

Phase 5: Deployment

Deploy solution and prepare teams for site launch. Key Milestones include Site Launch and Transition to FeedRoom Support.
